Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or replacement.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives broken or stops working within 30 days, email a photo to parnwick@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement or refund that item. You don't need to send it back.

Changed your mind

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund of the product price. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
